The total number of RIDERS for 2010 will be capped at 225.
The committee has in its absolute discretion, the ability to accept or refuse an application for registration.
An Event Application, medical and indemnity form MUST be submitted for each Participant whether they are a Rider, Individual support or family/group support.
Riders fees
- Early bird registration of $200.00 up to and including 30 June 2010.
- Riders Registrations $250.00 after 1 July 2010
- Return bus fee $50
- PLUS $300 minimum fundraising
Adult Support Participant fees
- Registration $150
- PLUS $150 minimum fundraising
Child Support Participant fees
- Children 12-17yo - $75.00
- 8-11yo - $50.00
- less than 8yo - no charge
The registration fee covers ride jersey / ride shirt, meals, camping fees, facility fees and other administrative costs and fees associated with the conduct of the ride.
For shirt ordering and manufacturing reasons registrations received after 1 July 2010 cannot be guaranteed an official Ride jersey / shirt. There will be additional shirts ordered but your size cannot be guaranteed after 1 July 2010.
Cancellations are to be received ‘in writing’ no later than 1 September for an 80% refund. Generally no cancellations will be accepted after this date. The Committee has discretion in exceptional circumstances, but their decision is final.
All minimum fees are due by 1 September 2010
